GRUNDÉNS

SENIOR DESIGN & ART DIRECTION

PRINT | PROJECT MANAGEMENT | CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAMWORK

At Grundéns, I was the sole designer responsible for producing the brand's catalog — a role that demanded as much organizational precision as it did creative craft. Over the course of four or more catalogs, I developed a deep familiarity with the brand's heritage-driven identity and what it takes to translate that story into a printed format worthy of the product it represents.

Every catalog was built with intention. From layout and typography to image selection and color, each page was considered carefully — balancing the visual weight of product photography with the kind of quiet, editorial restraint that a brand rooted in craftsmanship demands. The goal was always a catalog that felt as well-made as the gear inside it.

Being the only designer on the project meant owning every detail end-to-end. I worked closely with the printer to ensure color accuracy and print quality matched the vision on screen — a process that required technical fluency as much as a discerning eye. Alongside that, I collaborated with the product team to accurately represent the line, the DTC team to align on commercial priorities, and copywriters to ensure the words and visuals worked in harmony.

The result was a catalog that didn't just showcase product — it told the Grundéns story. Timeless, grounded, and crafted with the same care the brand has brought to its gear for over a century.
