I’m Kirsten. Kirsten? Yes, it's pronounced Kurrsten. I’m a visual designer and artist living in Portland, Oregon. I was born and raised in Alaska by two hard working and creative parents. Growing up with a steady stream of skiing, fishing, hiking, and camping, I couldn't help but develop a deep love and appreciation for the outdoors which inspires me greatly.
Over the past few years I have gained valuable experience designing print and web materials. I take great pride in the design work I create and always strive to deliver an effective, focused, and on-target product. I am a creative, reliable, hard-working designer with highly refined and compelling aesthetic sensibilities with an uncompromising attention to detail and understanding of layout, typography, and design principles. I'm sweet, silly, genuine, and down to earth and always try to bring a good fun-loving attitude to the table.
When I'm not designing I'm either out trying to live the vanlife, getting lost in the woods, squealing over someone's puppy, obsessing over beautiful typography, trying to keep two feet on a surfboard, or eating a burrito.
We should probably be friends.
